Kondwani is an industrious and highly motivated engineering graduate at Wichita State University. He is currently pursuing Masters degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Wichita State University. With a strong background in medical devices & Unmannered Aerial Vehicle (UAVs) designing, functional & performance testing, and manufacturing of medical devices and drones , he possesses a diverse skill set that enable him to excel in various aspects of the Company. Kondwani has a proven ability to effectively oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. He excels in setting clear projects objectives, allocating of resources efficiently, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Through his strong leadership skills and effective communication, he has consistently delivered projects within budget and on schedule, exceeding clients expectations.

Mphatso holds a master's degree in Sustainable development from Tel Aviv, Israel, and a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with First Class from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic. She has been involved in cultural, commercial, and Agri-Tech projects, creating visual concepts using software to communicate ideas that inspire. She has expertise in driving the company's profitability, maintaining relationships with the Company's Stakeholders, Initiation of the company's strategic partnerships and alliances, and Setting goals for the company. She also has vast skills in solving challenging projects skills, technical integration, planning, and project management. Mphatso is responsible for firm-wide strategic planning and marketing, the firm’s human resource management, collaborative operations, and staff development initiatives.

Hope is our certified drone pilot by African Drone and Data Academy (ADDA) with vast experience in operating drones. Hope holds a Bachelor`s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering with a First Class from the University of Malawi. He also holds a Masters's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Michigan State University, America. Hope's design and build approach is committed to sustainable design of drone technology using locally available resources and has vast experience in flying drones and project management both locally and in Southern Africa. His hands-on approach ensures timely delivery of drone service to clients. Hope oversees the firm`s growth and development and defines the firm`s business objectives and strategic focus of business in line with Department of Civil Aviation regulations. He is directly involved with the flight management safety and maintenance of our aircraft.

Yamikani holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Malawi Univesity of Applied Science. He has expertise in documenting training & updating flight books, Drone Piloting, flight Planning, managing a flight crew and ensuring safety, Performing preflight and postflight inspections, handling inflight communication and navigation. Yamikani has executed many commercial drone operations on some of the largest projects in Malawi. Known for his experience and safety record Yamikani has become Nkhwazi Aeros`s premier visual inspection specialist and drone pilot.

Kondwani is a Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering from The University of Malawi, Polytechnic. He is a certified Drone Pilot by African Drone and Data Academy(ADDA). He designed the framework of the MH1 drone prototype project. He has experience in mission planner software, Qground control, and analysis of data using drone deployment. Kondwani also brings video editing knowledge to Nkhwazi Aeros and is always committed to helping produce high-quality videos. Kondwani has a strong background in working with electronics and software that have eventually led to expertise in Drone technology and applications like; DJI, Drone Deploy, Photoshop, and many other applications controlling powerful AI Sensors.

Sally Mwayi Changaya holds a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Malawi Univesity of Applied Science. She brings vast experience in robotics, product development, Drone Piloting, flight Planning, Performing preflight and postflight inspections, handling inflight communication, drone maintenance, and agricultural engineering. In 2019 she was chosen to be a member of the team representing Malawi at the first global robotics challenge in Dubai UAE. In 2019 she was also selected to attend a workshop on waste management by UNDP. In 2020 she joined Nkhwazi Areos, where she received the necessary training and knowledge to build and fly a drone. In 2021 she was selected to attend a workshop by black women in Engineering on Sustainable Agriculture. She is innovative, intellectually curious, hardworking, and open to learning new ideas and methods. She works well in teams and has good leadership and communication skills.

Stanslous Kaphinde holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Science. Stanslous has been involved with several projects at the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic. He is responsible for business management, taxation, auditing, accounting, business development, team building, and project management.
